About Me

I offer counselling for a variety of concerns, including addiction, marriage and relationship problems, trauma, bereavement, HIV/Aids and general lifestyle issues and concerns. I service a variety of age groups ranging from 5 to 65. My clients are looking for holistic counselling, to improve their lifestyles from an overall wellness perspective. My greatest strength is my ability and passion to help people find resolutions to their challenges through counselling and problem-solving. I have acquired the ability to relate to a diverse range of people through my experience in various sectors.

I offer my services at a reduced cost to try to ease an already difficult situation for my clients.
